Hello we are writing a series of memoranda due to the present situation that it is taking place in some areas in Maracaibo presenting the following problems and we would like to know if you have the power to solve these problems around the city because the community seems to be affected due to the distint accidents that has been taking place in these zones of the city. Here we have a list of accidents registered in our police station which include all incidents that happened during the day, in this way we the residents are concerned about the security in our residence, expecting that our prairies are heard by the local goverment or those who are in charge of the security of the city either way we make two (2) copies of these memoranda one for your Department and the other one for the media. We expect that you finally pay attention to our community in order to continue creating a better pla
ce to live.
People sometimes make U- turns on Av Guajira.
Lots of buses abuse the capacity of the seats.
Violation of the speed limits in the highways near the Ziruma bridge.
Violation of sign lines by pedestrians.
Lack of bus parade in the highway.
Major presence of police officers in the area.
Note All of these accidents take place all day long
